Our week

We run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am - 3pm. You can attend any number of days each week. We loosely follow school term dates. 

Fee Guidlines

We are committed to making The Meadow as equitable as possible. Our fees are on a  sliding scale from £30-42 per day, according to a family's income. We try to keep fees as low  as possible but it's important for us to be able to pay our amazing facilitators a reasonable  wage, as well as provide resources for the young people. We ask you to bear the above in  mind and also to consider the fee guidelines below when making your decision.  

Annual household income   -  Fee level (per day) (From Sep 2024)

• <£30,000  -  £30 (£33*)

• £30 - 50,000   -  £34 (£35*)

• £50 - 70,000   -  £38 (£38*)

• >£70,000  -  £42 (£42*).

Sibling discount 

There is a 10% discount for siblings. 

Payment Timing 

Please pay for your young person's 2-week trial at The Meadow; this will secure their place. The remaining balance for the term must be paid before the term begins. Please contact us for bank details.
