Our week

We run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am - 3pm. You can attend any number of days each week. We loosely follow school term dates. 

Fee Guidlines

We are committed to keeping The Meadow as accessible and equitable as possible while covering our costs and ensuring sustainability. To better support our community, we now offer a fee structure that encourages attendance for multiple days, as this fosters stronger connections and a richer experience for everyone. However, we recognise that flexibility is important and continue to provide the option of attending for just one day, despite the additional work it entails for our team.

Our fees are as follows:

• 1 day: £42 per day

• 2 days: £38 per day

• 3 days: £35 per day

Payment Timing 

Please pay for your young person's 2-week trial at The Meadow; this will secure their place. The remaining balance for the term must be paid before the term begins. Please contact us for bank details.
